FAQs

Parking and Transportation

1. Where is parking?

Parking is available at the venue. All guests can park via the banquet hall parking lot across from

the building. Additional parking on the side street near Safeway banking and plenty of street parking.

2. What other transportation methods are available? We recommend Car Pooling, as well as

using Lyft and or uber to our events. CTA buses, trains, and Metra Stations are nearby.

3. If I forgot to print my ticket do I still have access to the event? We have an electronic ticket

system. If you purchased a ticket your name should be on our guest list.

5. Can I purchase  VIP tickets/general tickets at the door?

We do not sell VIP tickets at the door. We must accommodate for VIP Tickets in advance for all of

our VIP Guests.

We will have a limited amount of General Tickets at the door, we prefer credit cards.

There are limited General Admission tickets sold at the door. You must email us at

[email protected] to inquire about tickets at the door 48hrs in advance for potential

seating. Please check the ticket links via Eventbrite to ensure we have seats left for general

admission.

Amenities

6. Is there a Coat Check?

Yes, we have ticketed coat check for your convenience.

7. When do I receive my Swag Bag?

All swag bags are given out at the end of our events.

8. Is there smoking allowed during the event or in the facility?

There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the premises. Any such smoking will result in

removal from the event.

9. What is the dress attire for the event?

No Gym shoes, jeans, or t-shirts allowed. Please come semi-formal to formal. Dress to

impress and have fun.
